Assistant Manager - Real Estate Valuations

Responsibilities:
- Take a lead role in real estate valuation assignments across a broad range of asset classes, including offices, retail, hotels, nursing homes, logistics/dark stores, residential, and development projects.
- Deliver valuations for international asset managers, institutional investors, and auditors, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
- Review and challenge external valuation reports, benchmark against market evidence, and provide critical insights to clients and audit teams.
- Build and review financial models using DCF, direct capitalization, residual, hard-core, and sales comparison approaches.
- Prepare clear, concise valuation reports and internal memoranda in English.
- Supervise and coach junior analysts, ensuring technical quality and timely delivery.
- Participate in client discussions to gather inputs, align on assumptions, and present conclusions.
Your Profile:
- Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field from a strong university.
- Experience: 4+ years in real estate valuations, ideally at a Big 4 or leading real estate advisory firm.
- Technical: Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and real estate modeling. Argus Enterprise experience is a strong plus.
- Professional credentials: RICS registration (or in process) highly valued; CFA/CAIA or equivalent is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in English; other EU languages are an asset.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, ability to challenge assumptions, clear report writing, and capacity to manage multiple assignments. Proven ability to supervise and coach juniors.
