Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Banking & Finance Lawyer to join its Real Estate Finance team in Luxembourg.
You will work on complex financing transactions for banks, funds, and major institutional clients, with a strong focus on cross-border deals.

Your key responsibilities
- Structure and negotiate real estate and banking finance transactions.
- Advise clients on syndicated lending, leveraged acquisition finance, and restructuring.
- Participate in cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions.
- Support business development initiatives for the Banking & Finance practice.
Your profile
- Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years' experience in Banking & Finance, ideally in Luxembourg.
- Strong interest in real estate finance and cross-border work.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Proactive, dynamic, and collaborative mindset.
