Responsibilities:
- Lead Valuation Engagements: Spearhead both external valuation projects and audit assist valuations for a diverse range of entities, applying advanced valuation theory and approaches.
- Valuation Reviews: Participate in valuation reviews made by other advisors, providing valuable insights that shape decision-making.
- Reporting and Presentation: Prepare comprehensive valuation reports in English, delivering clear, precise analyses and conclusions.
- Advanced Financial Modeling: Create sophisticated financial models/computations in Excel, including both DCF and market approach analyses, and option pricing analysis.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client interviews, to gather essential data and foster strong client relationships.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and facilitating their professional growth.
Your Profile:
- Education: Master's degree from a top-tier university in Economics, Finance, or Management (4+2 years' study) with a distinguished academic record.
- Extensive Valuation Experience: Over 2 full years of experience in valuation or corporate finance, including previous roles or internships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate / compute anything quickly, driven both by strong problem-solving abilities with analytical acumen and strong helicopter view.
- Advanced MS Excel and Power Point skills: Proficient in Excel with knowledge of short-keys, complex formulas, and modeling techniques. Familiarity with VBA is a plus. Attention to detail when designing presentations in PowerPoint is essential.
- Languages: Fluent in English, and proficiency in other languages is highly advantageous.
- Time Management: Effective at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
