ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Virtualization Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team supporting one of our major clients in Luxembourg. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise-grade virtualization environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability across VMware and Nutanix platforms.

THE WORK:

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot VMware vSphere 8 and vSAN 8 environments.
• Operate and support Nutanix hyperconverged platforms (ESXi & AHV).
• Monitor and optimize system performance using VMware Aria Operations.
• Automate recurring tasks and workflows via VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator.
• Manage VEEAM backup and recovery operations for virtual environments.
• Handle ITIL-based ticket workflows including incidents, events, problems, changes, and service requests.
• Perform upgrades, patching, and capacity planning for virtual infrastructure.
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure operational excellence.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with VMware and Nutanix virtualization platforms.
• Strong knowledge of vSphere 8, vSAN 8, and VMware Aria Operations.
• Proven experience working with Nutanix (ESXi & AHV environments).
• Familiarity with VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator for automation and workflow design.
• Practical experience with VEEAM backup & restore in enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Relevant certifications such as VCP-DCV, Nutanix NCP/MCP are a plus.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
On-call availability: mandatory rotation covering 7 consecutive days, including weekends.
