IT Assistant

I. Responsibilities:

(1) Assist to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot workstations, computer systems, and networks.

(2) Assist to manage access to internal domains and systems.

(3) Assist to coordinate with external vendors to conduct inspections of Internet, network equipment, and server room.

(4) Assist to oversee the procurement and asset management of IT equipment.

II. Profile：

(1) Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical fields such as Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering. Certifications from Microsoft or Cisco are advantageous.

(2) Have hands-on experience with Windows OS environments and Python, or R, SQL, Java, C++ is preferred.

(3) Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in the banking sector is a plus.

(4) Fluent in Chinese and English, with proficiency in either French or Dutch is preferred.

(5) A team player with a strong security mindset.
