About the role:
For our Ferrero Group Headquarters, we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our IT Department based in Luxembourg.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional transformational projects within your area of responsibility. You will coordinate project streams, ensuring successful delivery in line with agreed timelines, budgets, and resource plans. You will also provide regular updates to the Project Steering Committee and key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead strategic IT projects within your area of responsibility, ensuring solutions are delivered according to agreed timelines, budgets, and business objectives. Working closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, Centers of Expertise, and external partners, you will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive projects from planning through successful implementation.
You will define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment across all project streams and stakeholders. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, involve subject matter experts when needed, and support change management activities to facilitate the transition from project delivery to business operations.
You will also provide visibility on project performance by tracking deliverables, costs, and benefits, while regularly consolidating information against budgets and plans to support informed decision-making.
About you:
You hold a degree in Management Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, and have around 4 to 6 years of experience in project management, ideally within a multinational environment.
You are an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build effective relationships with both internal and external partners. Your project management expertise, knowledge of Agile methodologies, and ability to manage multiple priorities allow you to successfully deliver complex initiatives.
You are fluent in English, proficient in MS Office, and familiar with SAP ERP. PMP certification would be considered an advantage.
