Vos missions au quotidien:
Mission:
Ensure the administrative, accounting, and regulatory management of transfers of shares of Private Equity and Real Estate investment funds, while guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements and agreements with investors.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Process capital call requests, distribution, and transfer of shares
- Record transactions in our TA system (Efront)
- Ensure communication with investors, custodian bank and fund manager
- Respond to requests for information and internal/external audits
- Issue confirmations and position statements
- Carry out and monitor cash movements
- Collaborate with the accounting teams in charge of calculating the NAV
- KPIs production
- Investor's services , respond to external queries (telephone, fax, and email
- Be aware of the specifics of your Funds and have a funds card updated with all specificities in place and keep this updated regularly
- Be aware about all relevant deliverables (Statements, reporting) the client expects and the related timing (to be added to funds card)
- Delivering a high quality of service to all clients in line with the company's targets and expectations
