To support its continued growth, the company is seeking a Chief Accountant to lead its accounting department. You will join a close-knit, German-speaking team of three, where direct communication, trust, and teamwork are key. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, organization, and reliability of financial data.   • Design and structure accounting processes while defining key deadlines to ensure smooth workflows and optimal organization.
  • Supervise, guide, and support the finance team, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables comply with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Actively contribute to financial controls and reporting, guaranteeing the accuracy and relevance of all financial information.
  • Participate in strategic management discussions, providing analysis and insights to support informed decision-making.

Profile and Career Path |Chefbuchhalter – Commercial Company - Luxembourg

  • Excellent commands of German and French, essential for seamless communication within the team.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in Luxembourg, ensuring strong knowledge of the local regulatory and business environment.
  • Previous managerial experience, enabling you to lead and support your team effectively.
  • Knowledge of French and/or English is a strong asset in this multicultural and international setting.
