RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICER

ABOUT THE JOB | Your responsibilities
- Perform risk monitoring and data collection: gather and analyse risk data, track key risk indicators (KRIs) and escalate potential breaches
- Support independent risk model validation and assist with their ongoing monitoring
- Provide risk analysis to support the bank’s risk steering and management decisions
- Develop and maintain regular Risk Management reporting, including internal and regulatory reporting (e.g. ICAAP and ILAAP report, liquidity report, KRI report, scorecard monitoring)
- Contribute to strategic Risk Management documentation (Risk and Own Funds Strategy, Risk Appetite Statement, Recovery Plan, etc.)
- Support the design and execution of stress testing exercises assessing the bank’s resilience under adverse scenarios, ensuring capital and liquidity adequacy
- Monitor regulatory developments and support implementation of new requirements
ABOUT YOU | Your background, skills and personality
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, finance or a related field
- Minimum three years’ relevant experience in a similar Risk Management role
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with statistical tools and methodologies, particularly Python, R and SQL are an advantage
- Solid understanding of banking risk management and regulatory framework
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
