We serve a wide range of clients, including fund, corporate and private wealth customers.. The Group is a member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables (OEC), operates under a PSF fund administration licence, and its team comprises more than 100 professionals.
To strengthen our team, we are recruiting for our Corporate Department a Corporate Services Officer (Junior).
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in the implementation and administration of Luxembourg companies in all legal forms.
- Ensure full legal and administrative follow-up of managed/administered companies and respond to client requests.
- Participate in company incorporation formalities and structuring, as well as drafting contracts and monitoring transactions carried out by administered entities, in collaboration with various stakeholders (directors/managers, notaries, lawyers, etc.) throughout their existence.
- Assist commercial clients in obtaining business permits.
- Handle bank account openings and keep company bank accounts up to date.
- Support the KYC department in creating and maintaining files in compliance with current regulations.
- Ensure the safekeeping of official documents and manage company correspondence.
- Ensure proper communication and follow-up of mail to directors/managers.
- Prepare and convene board meetings and annual general meetings, attend them, and draft minutes.
- Ensure mandatory legal publications with the Trade and Companies Register and the Register of Beneficial Owners.
- Maintain the shareholders/partners register.
- Coordinate invoice payments.
- Monitor company audits in collaboration with accountants.
- Maintain and develop client relationships.
Your Profile:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Higher education or university degree enabling strong adaptability, technical skills, and quick understanding of key legal and accounting concepts.
- Willingness to develop knowledge of Luxembourg company law and interest in the legal and regulatory environment affecting Luxembourg companies.
- Dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service, allowing quick adaptation and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues/clients.
- Organized, rigorous, and meticulous in your work.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Excellent command of French and English. Knowledge of German and/or Italian/Spanish is a real advantage.
