Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting:
The Business Development Project Manager will play a key role in supporting commercial initiatives, optimising internal processes, and ensuring high‑quality delivery of client-related data and materials. The role combines project management, client interaction, data governance, and process automation within a professional services environment.
Your role
Build, maintain, and continuously improve a comprehensive Track Record database to support pitches, deal announcements, legal directories, and other business development initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
Optimise work processes and quality through automation, leveraging tools such as Sequesto or other appropriate solutions.
Support the automation of pitch processes and contribute to continuous improvement of data quality.
Liaise closely with partners and senior stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and delivery.
Manage Client Framework Due Diligence requests (with decreasing volume over time), including the collection, organisation, storage, and accessibility of relevant information from internal stakeholders.
Act as a point of contact with clients to understand their requirements and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of requested information.
Monitor and analyse evolving client needs and proactively propose solutions to address them.
Overall, contribute to improving win rates, enhancing client experience, and strengthening the firm’s market positioning through more efficient and data-driven business development processes.
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or business development within a professional services environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with a structured and detail‑oriented approach to work.
You are fluent in English and French
