Experienced Personal Tax Lawyer or Advisor
Your role:
You will join a team of highly skilled professionals advising high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, senior executives, families, and family offices on a broad range of private wealth, personal tax, and cross-border mobility matters. Working closely with senior team members, you will quickly become involved in sophisticated domestic and international projects and contribute to the delivery of tailored solutions to clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting legal and tax research and analysing issues affecting private clients, executives, and family-owned businesses;
Advising clients on private wealth structuring, estate and succession planning, and wealth transfer matters;
Assisting with the design and implementation of executive compensation and incentive arrangements, including equity and deferred compensation plans, supplementary pension schemes, profit-sharing arrangements, and other reward structures;
Providing tax advice to internationally mobile individuals, expatriates, and cross-border employees on the tax implications of their professional and personal situations;
Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and other documentation relating to private wealth, executive compensation, and personal tax matters;
Participating in client meetings and conference calls and assisting in the delivery of practical and tailored solutions to complex client situations;
Monitoring legal and tax developments relevant to private clients and contributing to the team's know-how and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Your profile:
You hold a master’s degree in law specialised in Tax, ideally completed by an LL.M degree in an English-speaking country;
You have gained a minimum of 2 years of professional experience within the fields of Personal Tax in Luxembourg;
You are fluent in English, and French. German would be an asset;
You have proven listening skills and analytical rigor which enable you to gain the trust of internal and external contact persons;
You are open-minded, dynamic, flexible, and capable of working in a team in an organized and independent manner.
