POSTE
YOUR MISSIONS
Facilitating the onboarding process for companies and establishing their organizational frameworks.
Supervising day-to-day operational tasks associated with these companies.
Orchestrating and overseeing pivotal corporate gatherings like board meetings and general assemblies, and crafting various legal documents such as those for Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), Articles of Association (AoA), liquidation agreements, and shareholders' accords.
Liaising with notaries, financial institutions, and governmental bodies in Luxembourg.
Compiling essential banking paperwork, including forms for opening accounts, meeting Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, and conducting due diligence procedures.
Assisting in setting up and structuring the Luxembourg office.
PROFIL
YOUR PROFILE
Diploma in Law or very strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
? 5-8 years of professional experience in a similar role
? Excellent written and verbal French communication skills.
? Fluent in English
? Excellent proficiency in KYC (Know Your Customer)
? Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
? Proactive and initiative-driven
? High level of autonomy
? Organized and methodical approach
? Effective task prioritization and workload management
