Senior Project and Customer Controlling Specialist

POSTE
YOUR MISSIONS
- Independent Management: Oversee and control planning and forecasting processes for projects, R&D costs, and cash flows.
- Project Oversight: Manage business aspects of acquisition and development projects from the offer phase to production, supporting interdisciplinary project teams.
-Business Support: Provide commercial advice and business management support to the Glass business unit, focusing on standardization and reporting.
- Analysis and Action: Conduct target/actual comparisons and special analyses (e.g., capacities, R&D efficiency), and ensure follow-up on derived action plans.
- Grant Coordination: Manage activities related to grant management.
- Process Optimization: Develop and optimize processes, standards, tools, and templates in project and R&D controlling.
PROFIL
YOUR PROFILE
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and German is an asset.
- Degree in business administration or industrial engineering, ideally with a focus on planning or controlling.
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of business contexts, excellent analytical skills, and interest in technical issues.
- Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of profitability accounting, MS Office skills, and SAP PS/CO module.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
