ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Junior IT Business Analyst (m/f) to join our internal team in Luxembourg.
In this role, you will work on projects within the Luxembourg Customs domain, supporting a solution that is already in production. A key aspect of the position involves ensuring the ongoing maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of the production environment.
You will collaborate closely with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and help deliver high-quality IT solutions.
THE WORK:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business users and development teams.
- Support the analysis and improvement of business processes.
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and project documentation.
- Participate in workshops, testing activities, and solution validation.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, testers, and project managers in an Agile environment.
- Contribute to corrective and evolutive maintenance activities, including impact analysis, bug investigation, and change request documentation.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar IT role.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Good understanding of IT systems, software development processes, and Agile methodologies.
- Basic technical knowledge (e.g., databases, APIs, data flows, or SQL).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Meticulous and well-organized.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
While we are ideally looking for candidates with some initial professional experience, we are also open to considering soon-to-be graduates or recent graduates with a relevant degree, a good understanding of business analysis principles, and a strong interest in IT and business processes.
