CMDB Administrator

ARHS Cube is looking for a CMDB Administrator (m/f) to support the planning, architecture, analysis, design, implementation, administration, and operations of CMDB/FLAM solution.

Your main responsabilities:   

• Administration of CMDB platform
• Insure availability of monitoring solution (monitoring, alerting) in 24/7 mode (oncall)
• Insure availability of CMDB solution in 24/7 mode (oncall)
• Handle daily operation activities (requests, changes and incidents)
• Follow the day to day activity of the team
• Manage weekly meeting with SDMs
• Insure that requests and incidents are resolved within agreed KPI
• Incident management: Responsible for informing incident manager, system and application owners of none completeness and/or none accuracy, critical error detected by the monitoring solution on regular basis
• Respond to technical support tickets for CMDB / FLAM features and configuration
• Help service owners translate business needs into monitoring, CMDB/FLAM solution; 
• Deploy in production & administrate Monitoring, CMDB tools on the existing perimeter
• Setup test & validation of new applications (release, patch)
• Maintain documentation (how-to, normalization, installation). Participation in project and customer and technical team training
• If necessary, provide training and support to application owners and technical team to enable them to respond to all data and quality standards

Your profile: 

• At least 6 years of professional experience for Senior CMDB Remedy Administrator
• BMC CMDB (at least version 19 or +)
• BMC ARS Remedy (at least version 19 or +)
• Databases: Oracle, Mysql
• System: Linux/UNIX
• Web services: RESTFul, SOAP
• Ticketing Tools: SMT HP Service Manager
• ITIL knowledge
• Languages: Shell (like ksh, bash), Python and other languages are an asset
• Knowledge of ServiceNow is an asset
• Fluent in English (at least B2 Level)
• Ability to supervise and work simultaneously on different activities with a variety of projects and short deadlines
• Good analytical skills as well as time management skills, interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation skills)
