Our client, a prestigious international law firm with offices in key financial hubs, is seeking an experienced AML Manager to oversee and coordinate EU AML operations from its Luxembourg office.
In this high-impact leadership role, you'll manage a multicultural compliance team, act as the key reference point for complex AML matters, and directly influence the firm's cross-border compliance framework.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the EU AML team, ensuring smooth and efficient cross-border operations.
- Oversee, maintain, and enhance the firm's EU AML Manual and internal policies.
- Act as the primary escalation point for sensitive and complex AML and regulatory queries.
- Contribute directly to AML reviews and handle operational matters when necessary.
- Design and deliver training sessions to strengthen internal compliance capabilities.
- Anticipate and implement new regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with European standards.
Your profile
- Fully qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
- At least 3 years' AML experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of European AML frameworks and cross-border regulations.
- Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
