Join a leading Luxembourgish FinTech pioneer that is redefining how financial institutions manage digital data. As a key player in the digital transformation sector, our client provides a collaborative and high-tech environment where innovation meets human-centric values. You will be part of a growing team of nearly 100 professionals, offering you the stability of an established firm with the energetic spirit of a scale-up. This is an opportunity to evolve in a modern setting where your contribution directly facilitates the digital journey of prestigious international clients.
HR Officer - Your responsibilities:
- You will manage the full lifecycle for nearly 100 professionals, acting as the primary HR contact to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.
- You will take full ownership of personnel administration, contracts, and Luxembourgish labor law. This autonomy allows you to safeguard the firm's integrity while serving as a strategic operational partner to the Head of HR.
- You will drive recruitment and onboarding initiatives as they wish to expand by 2026. Your influence on hiring allows you to directly build the company's future culture and long-term operational strength.
- You will coordinate training plans and manage the INFPC co-funding process to ensure continuous skill growth. By facilitating learning, you position the workforce-and your own career-at the forefront of the digital landscape.
- You will optimize internal processes using tools like Impleo, JIRA, and digital portals (ADEM, CCSS). This exposure to advanced HR systems will significantly accelerate your technical expertise.
HR Officer - Your profile:
- You bring a solid background in a generalist HR role, ideally with 3 to 5 years of experience within the Luxembourgish market.
- You are comfortable using HRIS tools (experience with Impleo is a significant plus) and have a strong grasp of the Microsoft Office suite.
- You possess a good understanding of Luxembourgish labor law and are familiar with local institutional portals like ADEM, CCSS, and INFPC.
- You are fluent in English and French, enabling you to communicate effectively within a multicultural and international team environment.
- You are naturally curious, autonomous, and service-oriented, with a rigorous approach to administrative follow-up and a high degree of discretion.
HR Officer - We offer:
- Enjoy flexible working hours (starting between 7:00 and 9:00 AM) and a generous homeworking policy. This flexibility allows you to avoid peak traffic and maintain a healthy work-life balance that suits your personal rhythm.
- Work from modern offices ideally located near the French border, designed to foster collaboration and equipped with high-tech tools. Being in a tech-forward space ensures you have the best resources at your fingertips to perform efficiently.
- Join a team where you report directly to a supportive Head of HR, ensuring a direct feedback loop and a personalized integration process. You will feel valued as an individual, not just a number, within a caring professional community.
- Be part of a company expanding in the coming year, offering a front-row seat to organizational growth and new internal opportunities.
- Benefit from an attractive salary up to 65.000€/year and a benefits package that rewards your commitment and supports your long-term career stability.
