The Role :
We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer with 5-6 years of experience to join the Corporate & M&A team.
Key responsibilities include:
Advising clients on corporate law matters, including M&A transactions, corporate governance, joint ventures, and restructurings
Drafting and reviewing corporate documentation, including shareholder agreements, incorporation documents, and board resolutions
Coordinating with international teams on cross-border transactions
Providing legal support on day-to-day corporate matters for clients
Ensuring compliance with Luxembourg corporate law and regulations
This role offers exposure to complex, high-profile corporate transactions and the opportunity to work closely with senior partners and international clients.
The Profile :
5-6 years of experience in corporate law, ideally in Luxembourg or a top-tier international law firm
Strong technical knowledge of corporate law and M&A
Excellent drafting and communication skills
Fluent in French and English (both required)
Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently on complex matters
