As part of our client's ongoing growth, we are looking for a dedicated Corporate Officer to join a highly specialized team managing Soparfis and international holding companies in Luxembourg.
This role is built around a core philosophy: prioritizing work-life balance, flexibility, and genuine autonomy. Our goal is to empower every team member with clear responsibilities while offering a significantly more human, agile, and enjoyable work environment than what you typically find in traditional, large-scale corporate structures.
The Company Founded by industry veterans who built their careers in Luxembourg's top-tier international institutions, this boutique firm offers the best of both worlds. The founders intentionally extracted the best practices of large corporations-uncompromising service quality, robust organization, and deep expertise-and infused them into a flexible and human-centric workplace.
You will be supporting an elite international clientele, primarily composed of Soparfis and international investment holdings.
Your Role
Taking full ownership of a dedicated portfolio of companies, you will manage the complete lifecycle of corporate governance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing comprehensive Board Packs.
- Organizing and overseeing Board of Directors and General Shareholders' meetings.
- Drafting precise Board Minutes and resolutions.
- Managing day-to-day corporate housekeeping.
- Handling the incorporation and setup of new companies.
- Overseeing liquidation and dissolution operations.
- Ensuring flawless RCS (Trade Register) and RBE (UBO Register) filings and updates.
- Acting as the central point of contact, coordinating seamlessly with clients, directors, accountants, auditors, and legal counsel.
About You
- You have prior experience as a Corporate Officer or Corporate Administrator in Luxembourg.
- You possess a solid understanding of Luxembourg's corporate governance framework.
- You are highly autonomous, rigorous, and organized in your daily work.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable managing client relationships.
- You have a good grasp of basic accounting principles: while you won't be producing financial statements, the ability to read and confidently understand a balance sheet is essential.
- You are fluent in English; proficiency in French is considered a strong asset.
The Offer
- An attractive salary package ranging from €55,000 to €65,000 gross per year, tailored to your experience and background.
- A truly flexible, human-sized, and empowering work environment.
- Direct exposure to high-level clients and the firm's leadership team.
- The opportunity to work with a premium international portfolio (Soparfis, Holdings, investment structures).
- The chance to join a dynamic firm created by seasoned professionals-delivering big-institution excellence within an agile, boutique setting.
