HR Officer | Banking | Generalist Role

Our client is an international bank located in Luxembourg City. This human-sized structure offers an international and professional environment while fostering close collaboration between teams.

To strengthen its HR department, the bank is currently looking for a Senior HR Officer who enjoys working in a broad and hands-on HR role.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
• Handle day-to-day HR administration and maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll preparation, including payroll variables and remuneration-related processes
• Participate in the full recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring
• Coordinate onboarding activities and probation period follow-up
• Coordinate and follow up on training activities
• Provide daily HR support and guidance to employees and managers
• Contribute to HR KPIs, dashboards and reporting
• Participate in various HR projects and process improvement initiatives;
• Support audits and regulatory requests

Your Profile

• Around 4 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Previous experience within the banking sector is required
• A generalist HR background, with hands-on experience in recruitment, HR administration, training and payroll;
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory
• Portuguese or Spanish would be a strong asset
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
