Your Responsibilities :

The scope of your role will naturally depend on your level of seniority and may include:

• Advising international asset managers, investment funds and institutional investors.
• Assisting with the structuring, launch and ongoing operation of investment funds.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
• Participating in cross-border transactions alongside international clients.
• Working closely with partners, clients and regulatory authorities.

Junior lawyers benefit from close mentoring and structured training, while more experienced lawyers enjoy greater autonomy, direct client exposure, transaction management and the opportunity to supervise junior associates.

Your Profile :

• Between 2 and 10 years of experience in Investment Funds.
• Member of List I, II or IV of the Luxembourg Bar.
• Previous experience within a Luxembourg law firm.
• Fluent in French and English.
• German is considered a strong asset.
• Looking for a long-term opportunity within the Luxembourg legal market.
