RESPONSIBILITIES :
- You will lead the negotiation and contract drafting of commercial agreements across various services, giving you exposure to complex cross border transactions, which empowers you to rapidly build a highly sought-after commercial mindset and accelerate your career progression.
- You oversee the full contract lifecycle from client agreements to subcontractor documentation, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with internal standards, allowing you to take true ownership of your work and gain high visibility within the business.
- You interpret and apply regional employment laws to advise on contingent workforce engagements, positioning you as the go-to compliance expert for the sales teams, thereby smoothing your transition into a high-level strategic advisory role.
- You design governance frameworks and deliver targeted training to internal teams on compliant engagement models, actively developing your leadership and communication skills, which significantly boosts your professional authority in the corporate
- You identify, assess, and escalate risks relating to worker classification and operating models, safeguarding the company's legal integrity, giving you the deep analytical foundation needed to become a well-rounded and versatile associate.
PROFIL :
- You hold a legal degree and bring around 1 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally gained within a law firm or an in-house legal team.
- Your fluency in French allows you to comfortably navigate discussions and review complex documentation for Francophone markets.
- You possess a solid foundation in commercial contracts, showing a natural curiosity for employment and contract law.
- Your analytical strength and attention to detail enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality outcomes.
