Junior Legal Counsel - Commercial Contracts

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• You will lead the negotiation and contract drafting of commercial agreements across various services, giving you exposure to complex cross border transactions, which empowers you to rapidly build a highly sought-after commercial mindset and accelerate your career progression.

PROFIL :

• You hold a legal degree and bring around 1 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally gained within a law firm or an in-house legal team.
• Your fluency in French allows you to comfortably navigate discussions and review complex documentation for Francophone markets.
• You possess a solid foundation in commercial contracts, showing a natural curiosity for employment and contract law.
