An international law firm with a strong footprint across major financial centres in Europe, the US, Asia and the Middle East is currently seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join its Luxembourg office.
The firm is part of a globally integrated platform with high-end legal advisory. Its Luxembourg office plays a central role within the European platform and advises leading international sponsors, asset managers, financial institutions and investment platforms on sophisticated cross-border transactions.
The Role :
You will join a dynamic Corporate team advising on complex, international mandates, including:
Cross-border corporate structuring
M&A transactions and reorganisations
Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
Corporate governance and regulatory matters
Structuring of holding companies and investment platforms
You will work closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions and coordinate directly with international clients, particularly US and UK sponsors. The matters are often multi-jurisdictional and strategically significant, requiring both technical precision and commercial judgement.
Your Profile :
Luxembourg-qualified lawyer (or EU-qualified with solid Luxembourg experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate / M&A within a reputable law firm
Strong exposure to cross-border transactions
Solid technical skills combined with commercial awareness
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating in an international team environment
Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
