Your Impact and Responsibilities

• You will take full ownership of the day-to-day corporate governance and statutory maintenance for a sophisticated portfolio of Luxembourg fund vehicles and aggregators. This high level of responsibility ensures all entities remain in perfect legal standing, providing you with a comprehensive overview of complex fund lifecycles and reinforcing your status as a governance expert.
• By leading the establishment of new fund vehicles and coordinating drafting processes for notices, agendas, and minutes, you act as the central hub for fund launches. This exposure to the early stages of fund structuring allows you to develop a strategic mindset, directly influencing the successful market entry of new investment products.
• You will orchestrate board meetings and closings in close collaboration with internal legal counsels, finance teams, and external advisors. Navigating these high-stakes interactions sharpens your negotiation and coordination skills, positioning you as a key partner for senior stakeholders and industry professionals.
• Managing the AML/KYC onboarding requirements and maintaining meticulous corporate records involves direct liaison with compliance teams and Luxembourg registers like the RCS and RBE. The Ideal Profile
