Our client is looking to strengthen its Tax practice with a talented lawyer who enjoys working on technically challenging files within a supportive and people-focused environment.

About the Client :

Your Responsibilities :
- Advising domestic and international clients on Luxembourg tax matters.
- Assisting with corporate restructurings, M&A transactions and cross-border tax issues.
- Drafting tax memoranda and legal opinions.
- Conducting legal research and preparing client documentation.
- Working closely with experienced partners on high-value matters.
Your Profile :
- 2 to 4 years' experience as a Tax Lawyer.
- Registered on List I, II or IV of the Luxembourg Bar.
- Fluent in French and English.
- German would be considered a strong asset.
- Strong technical skills with a pragmatic and commercial mindset.
