BDO Luxembourg is looking for a Change Management Specialist to support the transformation of its Accounting, Corporate, Fund and Payroll practices.

What will you do? 

As Change Management Specialist, you will:

  • Support the transformation core team in organising, monitoring and steering the overall transformation agenda.

  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of change management plans across departments.

  • Assess the impact of transformation initiatives on teams, roles, responsibilities, processes, behaviours and client service delivery.

  • Work closely with sponsors, department representatives, managers and operational teams to ensure that change is understood, accepted and adopted.

  • Identify adoption risks, resistance points, communication needs, training needs and operational readiness issues.

  • Prepare stakeholder communications, internal updates, user engagement material and change adoption reporting.

  • Support the preparation of change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, readiness assessments and adoption dashboards.

  • Coordinate with the central IT Business Application team, project teams and other internal stakeholders to align implementation plans with business change needs.

  • Promote a pragmatic and user-oriented approach to transformation, focused on operational adoption and sustainable change.



 This position is for you if:

  • You have 4 to 6 years of experience in change management, business transformation, organisational change, consulting, operational excellence or a similar field.

  • You have contributed to transformation programmes involving several stakeholders, business teams or departments.

  • Experience with accounting, corporate services, fund administration or professional services environments.

  • You can translate strategic objectives into practical change actions.

  • You are able to assess how change impacts people, processes, roles, responsibilities and ways of working.

  • You are comfortable facilitating discussions, structuring feedback and turning complex situations into clear action plans.

  • You have strong communication skills and can adapt your message to partners, managers and operational teams.

  • You are structured, autonomous and pragmatic, with the ability to monitor progress without taking ownership of each individual project.

  • You have a good understanding of digital transformation, business applications and the role technology can play in improving processes, collaboration and service delivery.

  • You are familiar with the potential of AI in a business environment and have already used, tested or contributed to practical AI-related use cases.

  • You are fluent in English and French.

It would be an advantage if you also have:

  • Exposure to software implementation or digital transformation programmes.

  • Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or similar approaches.

  • Experience preparing change plans, communication plans, adoption material, training support or stakeholder engagement plans.

  • Good command of Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint. Experience with project or collaboration tools would be an asset.
