What will you do?
Being part of the team, you will:
Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for acquisitions, disposals, mergers, and strategic investments;
Analyze historical financial information and assess the quality of earnings, working capital requirements, net debt position, cash flow generation, and key business drivers;
Identify transaction risks, value creation opportunities, and potential deal breakers;
Prepare detailed due diligence reports, executive summaries, and client presentations;
Review financial statements, management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and business plans;
Participate in management meetings and interviews with target company executives;
Support clients throughout the transaction process, including SPA considerations and deal negotiations;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including valuation, tax, legal, restructuring, and M&A advisory professionals;
Mentor and coach junior team members where applicable.
This position is for you if:
You hold a Master’s degree in business administration and economics, ideally with a Corporate Finance specialization;
You have between 3 to 5 years of significant experience in Deal Advisory Services (mainly due diligence);
You aim to continue learning;
You aim to be a well-rounded Deal Advisory professional;
You are proactive, involved, highly motivated and take responsibility for your own work;
You possess strong analytical and communication skills;
You are fluent in French and possess a good English level. German and Luxembourgish are considered a plus, any other additional European language can be an asset.
