Communication Assistant Trainee (m/f)

Cebi International S.A., the mother company of the Cebi group is looking for a Communication Assistant trainee to assist with projects and strategies. At the headquarters, based in Luxembourg, we’re a team of 40 persons, servicing people from 13 countries.

Your mission:

Internal communications

• Write, edit, and proofread the Intranet site using Drupal, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Create in-house videos to enhance internal communication strategies.
• Write and design newsletters to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Draft slides for plasma screens to communicate key messages effectively.
• Participate in the creation of the Values Yearbook and the roll-out of the new core values.

External Communication

• Increasing brand awareness and visibility through all our channels
• Managing and maintaining brand identity: create a new brand identity guide
• Crafting an impactful corporate video, showcasing our values, culture, and achievements
• Assist in maintaining web content, including writing content, creating pages, and ensuring a consistent online presence.
• Draft engaging posts and actively monitor the LinkedIn feed, contributing to editorial planning, thumbnail design, and copywriting.

Marketing

• Creating marketing collateral/new sales brochure
• Manage goodies and promotional items for external events.
• Execute digital campaigns to optimize organic and paid search engine optimization.

Your profile:

Basic Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree (Internship agreement required.)
• Fluent in English: written and verbal communication in English.
• Availability to work 40h/week

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in communication or marketing roles
• Proficiency with design tools (Canvas, etc.), content Management System software (Drupal) and video software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
• Resourceful problem-solver: you possess a positive and curious mindset, demonstrating the ability to bring forth a variety of solutions, along with fresh ideas
• Storyteller: you know how to embark people on your communication journey (text and images)

• This opportunity may lead to a permanent position upon successful completion of the traineeship (contingent on performance).
• You need to possess legal authorization to work in the European Union.
