Product Engineer (m/f)

Your Mission:

• Technical responsibility for product (incl. drawings) / for meeting customer requirements
• Participate in technical meetings with customer
• Establish design follow-up
• Prepare compliance matrix concerning technical requirements
• Justify technical decisions in front of customer
• Coordinate internal activities with process engineering
• Coordination with design team + validation team based on input data from customer / program manager
• Communicate input regarding market tendencies to “Innovation Engineering”
• Lead “Lessons Learned” / continuous improvement activities
• Lead redaction of design procedures / internal technical standards
• Organize internal design reviews
• Support during customer visits
• Prepare Product FMEA + support regarding Process FMEA + support regarding control plan
• Prepare Product BoM
• Support regarding mold definition + tracking
• Product Handling Recommendation

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree in Electromechanical engineering or in a similar field
• Fluency in French and English is essential, working knowledge in German is an asset
• Enthusiastic team player in a cross disciplinary environment, you also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Knowledge of industry and market trends
• Organized and stress resistant
• Advanced analytical skills
• A keen eye for detail
