The world of Banking and Capital Market industry is ever-evolving; confronted with digital advancements, new operational methods, and a dynamic regulatory framework. Amid these challenges, our Banking Strategy & Operations team offers strategic advisories to prominent financial institutions and global organizations on their business strategy, processes, and operations, capitalizing on the diverse strengths of our firm.
In line with this transformation, we are seeking a seasoned Finance Expert with prior consultancy experience. This role involves designing, implementing, and enhancing our target operating model for our Banking Consulting Practice.
Your next challenge

Develop, establish and implement an optimal Target Operating Model (TOM) for our Finance Consulting Practice.

Lead finance systems projects within client engagements and deliver advisory services focused on Financial systems and business processes.

Define end-to-end process design, controls, and risk management within the consulting practice.

Advocate for effective finance systems frameworks that meet client needs and improve efficiency.

Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients on financial trends, data analytics, and industry benchmarks.

Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams for integrated system processes.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to finance systems and processes within client engagements.

Manage risk & compliance issues related to system implementations, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements.

Your skills
-
Master's degree in Finance, Business engineering, or related fields.

Proven consultancy experience of more than 3 years in designing and implementing Finance Operating Models and managing finance systems, preferably within a consulting practice.

Strong knowledge in financial systems, processes, and control frameworks.

Solid understanding of regulatory environment in financial operations.

Excellent leadership and project management skills.

Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and efficiency in a consultancy capacity.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Full proficiency in English and French or German is required.
