Join our international CRM team and expand your work experience! 

Your tasks will include: 

• Take over administrative and communication task to support the overall CRM project
• Support of ongoing CRM training activities
• Creation and update of user manuals
• Assistance of project communication
• Support of knowledge transfer and regular communication flow
• Development of a CRM newsletter
• Preparation of e-learning material

Your Profile: 

• Currently studying Computer Science, Business Administration with focus on IT or similar 
• Advanced knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Interest in learning and using Salesforce CRM platform
• Team player and motivated to work in an agile work environment
• Well-structured and organized work habits
• Fluency in English is mandatory, other languages are considered as an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and intercultural competence
