Our client is a famous European institution located in Kirchberg in Luxembourg. They are looking for a Back office analyst / Transaction processing and management officer M/F for a temporary assignment of 2 months (with possibility to extend until 12 months).
The post of the Back Office Analyst / Transaction Processing and Management officer is highly technical as it drives the implementation and execution of back-office processes, i.e.:
* End controls (on a 4-eye principle basis) related to all the bank borrowing, derivatives and treasury instruments
* EMIR regulatory reporting
* Control of coupon fixings
* Money market verification & validation tasks
* Securities verification & validation tasks
* Derivatives verifications & validations
* Swift Sending & control
Required experience :
* A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in banking or another financial institution, preferably as an officer in a Back Office or Middle Office.
* Experience with financial instruments, ideally from the back-office perspective (bonds, derivatives, FX, MM instruments)
* Hands-on Treasury Operations - relevant experience in treasury operations, banking operations, or financial markets
* Experience using Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Wall Street Suite, ION) and core banking platforms
Key technical/professional knowledge and skill :
* Very good knowledge of Excel
* Knowledge of a Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Wall Street Suite, ION) is a plus
* Basic knowledge of SWIFT standards (ISO20022)
* Skills in reconciliation, documentation, and audit trail maintenance.
* Openness to AI-enabled process improvements and digital transformation in treasury

Required Qualification :
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Language Requirements :
* Very good knowledge of English
