Mandate design and product development officer M/F Expirée

Our client is a famous European institution located in Kirchberg. He is looking for a Mandate Design and Product Development Officer for a temporary mission of 2 months (with possibility of extension).

The candidate supports the Competitiveness, Cohesion and Social Impact Division in the management of various aspects of the social impact programmes managed by our client.
The scope of work includes in particular supporting the management and coordination of delivery under Advisory activities, developing and coordinating specific projects in the area of microfinance, social economy, skills financing, gender financing, etc., preparation of the relevant documentation, liaising with our client services, Advisory, and external stakeholders, as needed.
He functionally reports to the head of the Division for Competitiveness, Cohesion and Social Impact within the MDPD Department.
He supports the activities required for the management of social impact programmes, including InvestEU Advisory activities, launching implementing orders/assignments, develops concrete advisory activities and monitors them, organising events falling within the scope of advisory activities. He supports the roll-out and management of online tools for an upcoming project connecting mentors and mentees in the space of gender finance. He contributes to the preparing business presentations and draft memorandums. He supports the coordination of the approval process and the flow of information between our client and external stakeholders.

The candidate has a university degree in economics, business, finance or related field. He has excellent business drafting skills in English. He has excellent organisational skills, an ability to analyse large quantities of business information in a limited time in order to produce effective executive summaries / memoranda in a clear and concise way. He has an excellent team spirit. He is able to operate in a proficient way in PowerPoint and Excel. He has previous knowledge of debt products, or equity investment products (mandatory). He has a good knowledge of microfinance, social economy, social impact finance tools.
