Join an industrial company for a 6 months mission. We are looking for a Reference Officer for a 6-month assignment starting in January, within an industrial environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and technically validate artwork briefs in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate artwork projects with key stakeholders (Development, Artwork Team, Compliance, Sales).
- Ensure accuracy of texts and graphic elements for packaging.
- Perform administrative tasks, including creating purchase orders in SAP and updating data.
- Ensure compliance of claims and legal mentions.
Profile:
- Initial experience in artwork creation and validation (packaging, industrial visuals), or at least in an administrative/marketing role within an industrial setting.
- Good knowledge of the industrial environment and regulatory requirements.
- Fluent German (spoken and written).
- English level B1/B2.
- Attention to detail, rigor, and ability to work in a team.
