Program Manager (m/f)
Located in Bissen/Luxembourg
Your responsibilities would include:
- Ensuring an on-time introduction of customer programs while meeting the company’s cost, quality, and performance targets
- Developing and managing the project and timing plan
- Performing ongoing risk analysis during the management of the programs
- Leading the customer project team and ensuring a smooth program execution in compliance with the company’s development policies and processes
- Serving as a point of contact for all technical customer issues concerning new programs and existing products
- Leading the RFQ (request for quotation) preparation
- Monitoring technical customer requests
- Ongoing program documentation and reporting
- Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve the project outputs
You would need to meet the following requirements:
- Academic degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related engineering field
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry and/or with sensor technologies
- At least 2 years of experience in the functional area of program management, product management or engineering
- Experience in moderating engineering and business activities in a sound and clear profit-oriented way
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to assess the criticality of projects, team spirit and a pro-active attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English (written & spoken) is mandatory, German and/or French is considered an asset
