Actually, we are looking for a

Head of Finance (f/m)

Full-time: 40 hours/week; permanent contract

Your tasks:

• Management of a team of 6 people
• Analysis of the “As-Is-Situation” in the Finance sector, especially in the Medical Invoicing, the dunning process (Accounts receivable) as well as the monthly closing process
• responsible for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with LUXGAAP
• in charge of the monthly financial-, KPI- and management reporting as well as the group reporting
• responsible for the continuous improvement of accounting processes
• Identification of potentials for optimization, improvement of (interdisciplinary) processes as automation, digitalization and reduction or elimination of manual efforts
• Person of contact for tax consultants and auditors
• participation in projects within the group

Your profile:

• University degree in finance, business administration and/or controlling/audit (or similar)
• 10 years’ experience in a position as Head of Finance/Senior Manager Finance/Controlling/Administration or as a Consultant with a focus on those sectors
• Proven Experience in Change Management, especially after implementation of a new ERP-System
• Proven Experience with established ERP-Systems (preferably Microsoft Business Central)
• Experience in an industrial environment would be an asset
• Very good knowledge of German and of French and/or English
