To support our current growth, we are looking for a

 

 Senior HR Officer (m/f/d)

Erpeldange – sur -sûre

 

This role is primarily operational, with a strong focus on HR administration, data accuracy, and day-to-day support to managers and employees, while also contributing to key people topics such as hiring, employee relations, and training coordination.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce monthly HR reports and statistics
  • Act as a first point of contact for managers on employee-related matters (disciplinary topics, exits, etc.)
  • Support recruitment processes (coordination, follow-up, onboarding)
  • Organize and coordinate training activities
  • Manage daily HR operations, including time tracking review, data entry, and personnel administration
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR documentation
  • Coordinate medical appointments and absence follow-up
  • Support payroll preparation and ensure data accuracy

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar function in a demanding environment, industrial sector is an asset
  • Fluency in French and German are a must. English is an asset
  • Solid background in learning & development / training coordination, with a hands-on approach
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, contract drafting, HR administration)
  • Ability to operate in a hybrid HR Officer / HR Business Partner role
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and DSK are a plus
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders
