To support the steady growth of their internal Compliance team, they are looking to recruit a talented KYC / AML Compliance Officer focusing on the crucial phase of new client integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end compliance process for the onboarding of new clients and new business mandates.

• Analyze complex legal and corporate structures to identify Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs).

• Conduct risk assessments and assign appropriate risk levels to incoming files.

• Work closely with partners and legal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and fully compliant client integration process.

• Perform background checks and sanction screenings in line with Luxembourg regulations.

Profile Required

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience within a law firm OR at least 4 years of experience within the banking sector (in a similar AML/KYC capacity).

• Knowledge: Solid understanding of Luxembourg's AML/KYC regulatory framework.

• Languages: Fluent in English. Knowledge of French, German, or Luxembourgish is a strong asset.

• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders.
