Our client, an Investment Fund company based in Luxembourg, is looking for its future Portfolios & Liquidity Operations Officer. This will be a temporary contract of 2 months. Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your responsabilities :
- Manage daily cash flow activities, such as processing payments, repayments, and disbursements across different product lines (e.g. Private Equity funds, guarantees, loans).
- Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity needs are met.
- Reconcile cash positions with intermediaries and resolve discrepancies when needed.
- Support the settlement of financial transactions and ensure timely execution of payments.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing cash flows to align with portfolio requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams (treasury, accounting, risk management) and external partners (fund managers, banks, intermediaries) to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic portfolio and liquidity reports.
- Support the implementation of new operational processes, systems, or tools to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Your profile :
- University degree (at least Bachelor level) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or a related area.
- Knowledge of tools such as VBA, eFront, or Tableau is a plus .
- Excellent spoken and written English. Any other EU language would be an advantage.
