Our client, an Investment Fund company based in Luxembourg, is looking for its future Transaction Operations Officer for their Data Management & Cash Operations Department.
This will be a temporary contract of 2 months.

Your responsabilities :
- Handle daily cash flow operations across multiple product lines, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time.
- Process fund draw-downs, repayments of Private Equity funds
- Handle requests to access or release funds (guarantee calls and disbursements).
- Prepare forecasts to predict cash needs and track cash movements.
- Check and match cash records with banks or external partners to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts to support financial planning and liquidity management.
- Reconcile cash positions with external intermediaries and internal records, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure all cash operations comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to process and validate transaction requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all cash operations, supporting audit and reporting requirements.
- Assist in the development and improvement of operational processes, tools, and controls to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Support the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and other analyses to provide insight into cash flows and operational performance.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests and inquiries related to cash operations from internal stakeholders and external partners.
Your profile :
- A university degree in areas such as Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least three years of hands-on experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or financial administration.
- Experience with data and reporting tools like VBA, eFront, or Tableau is desirable.
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing; additional EU languages are a plus.
