Our client, an Investment Fund company based in Luxembourg, is looking for its future Operations Management Officer.
This will be a temporary contract of 2 months. Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your responsabilities :
- Accurately input and update transaction data from deal creation through to signature, ensuring compliance with internal investment rules and workflows.
- Monitor and manage pending operational requests, ensuring high standards of data quality, consistency, and traceability.
- Perform data validation and clean-up to support accurate reporting and sound decision-making.
- Keep operational procedures and documentation up to date to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Support the digitalisation and automation of guarantee, equity, and mandate processes by analysing current workflows and helping implement improved digital solutions.
- Assist in testing new systems, supporting user acceptance testing, and contributing to implementation and rollout activities.
- Contribute to the development of dashboards and reporting tools by gathering and consolidating business requirements.
- Work closely with Business Support teams to enhance data management processes and automation initiatives.
- Help improve pipeline tracking and internal reporting processes.
- Coordinate with teams across the Investment Office to ensure alignment of workflows and timelines.
- Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to facilitate smooth operational processing and audit controls.
- Support the preparation of operational updates and briefing materials for senior management.
Your profile :
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in operations management, transaction processing, or a similar role.
- University degree (preferably postgraduate) in Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in banking, asset management, private equity, venture capital, guarantees, or mandates is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as Alteryx, eFront, Tableau, Business Objects, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) knowledge of other European languages is considered an asset.
- Proactive and action-oriented, with the ability to handle workload peaks efficiently.
- Detail-focused and committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work within deadlines.
- Strong team player, comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment.
- Clear and effective communicator, able to adapt messages to different audiences.
- Organised and structured, with the ability to prioritise tasks in line with organisational goals.
