Senior Delegate Oversight Analyst (AIFM) - 1-year CDD

This is a unique opportunity for you to join a highly quality-driven AIFM. Working closely with 3 experienced professionals, you will be given the opportunity to support this European Management Company with the oversight of its open-ended and closed-ended funds for which it delegates the portfolio management to group external as well group internal portfolio managers. It covers both traditional asset classes as well as private equity and private debt.

Your Responsibilities:

You and your team are responsible for the oversight of delegated functions of fund administration, transfer agency, portfolio management and distribution, including ongoing monitoring and due diligence, as well as coordination and supervision of all other aspects related to these third-party service providers. 

In addition, you will also be responsible for a broad range of other operational items related to both the managed funds, third party service providers and the management company itself.

Your responsibilities will include among others:

• Delegate and service provider oversight: assist in completing initial and ongoing due diligence of third-party service providers and in the day-to-day monitoring of delegated activities in line with CSSF requirements.
• Project management and operational coordination for projects around fund events (launches, closures, onboarding etc…) and global improvement initiatives.
• Management company financial control to help coordinate and monitor invoicing with the funds and external service providers.
• Ad Hoc projects related to Audit coordination, regulatory reporting, generating management information on the funds and management company

Your Profile 

• Master’s degree in finance or similar completed with a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a big 4, a Manco or in an oversight role with a service provider
• Strong knowledge of the funds industry in Luxembourg with a first successful experience related to due diligences processes and a good knowledge of accounting.
• Fluent written and spoken, English and French required (both languages are mandatory).
• Strong communication skills, autonomous and dynamic, organised and rigorous..
• Able to understand and solve complex and abstract operational matters, you maintain high standards of honesty and trustworthiness.
