We are seeking a Senior Insurance Advisor to join our small yet highly dynamic and skilled team. The ideal
candidate is an excellent communicator, customer-oriented, and adaptable professional with a strong team spirit.

As a Senior Insurance Advisor at Ikano Insurance Advisory, you will deliver expert guidance to our core
clients while building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with them.
This will, among other things, involve:
- Advise large multinational customers on Global insurance programmes. Your area of responsibility will be General and Product Liability (incl. Recall), Financial Lines as well as Cyber Insurance.
- Negotiate, purchase, advise, administrate the placed insurance coverage and support on claim
- handing for these lines of insurance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing
- tailored advisory services.
- Facilitate meetings, including preparation and follow-up actions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent Ikano’s values and culture in all interactions

- You are the one for Ikano if you combine strong analytical skills, a proactive and service-minded approach and proven experience in insurance.
- To efficiently take on this position, we believe you need:
- A University degree or similar education in insurance or other relevant area
- At least 8-10 years’ experience within General and Product Liability, Financial Lines, and Cyber insurance programmes.
- Competence in insurance-related finance and accounting
- Good communication skills with a strong teamwork and service minded approach.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written), any other language is an asset
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel
- Willingness to relocate to Luxembourg, if not already living there
- Willingness to travel if required
