Our client is an international funds management company.
Description
- Directly report to the Head of Corporate Services, overseeing a team including Senior Corporate Officers, Corporate Officers, and Assistants.
- Coordinate and plan quarterly board meetings for portfolio companies, ensuring comprehensive coverage of discussion topics.
- Supervise the drafting and review of meeting minutes, legal agreements, and ensure timely filing of documents with relevant authorities.
- Oversee internal filing and day-to-day administrative tasks for the portfolio companies.
Profile
- At least 8 years of former similar experience in Luxembourg in funds industry (AIFs, PERE funds)
- LLM in Law is compulsory
- Fluent in English
