Backend Developer [C# / .NET framework] (m/f/d)

Join our Digital Transformation team and contribute to our agile environment, collaborating within a diverse and interdisciplinary team to support the development of our low-code DataXpert platform (for more details, visit dataxpertforengineers.com). You will reinforce the RulesXpert team and play a key role in enhancing our rules engine to meet customer needs.

Your main tasks:

• Create scalable, reliable and efficient server-side applications
• Respond to user feedback and develop new features
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs
• Participate in system architecture designs and select technologies
• Apply software development best practices and know when to apply design patterns
• Take responsibility for all aspects the software development cycle
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to maintain the stability of the application
• Actively monitor technological trends and advancements and apply them where it makes sense
• Serve your customer by giving support.

What do we expect?

• Degree in computer science, software engineering or in a related field; professional experience, especially in an industrial environment, is an asset
• Proven experience with C# / .NET 5+ and ASP.NET Core
• Solid knowledge in unit testing (i.e. MSTest, NUnit or xUnit)
• Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker), Kubernetes is an advantage
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar) are an asset
• Fluent in English, a good command in German and French is beneficial
• Flexibility for occasional worldwide business trips and collaboration with multinational teams.
