Job Content :

  • Maintain and support our Internet / TV / Fixed voice services : act on alerts, incident and customer issues 

  • Troubleshoot and lead technical customer complaints investigations in order to restore service and guarantee Quality and Customer Experience targets

  • Manage incident communication and proceed with needed troubleshooting actions

  • Assist external teams in provisioning telecom services as needed

  • Act on reported alarm in our environment (Fixed & Mobile network, Broadband and TV) 

  • Report incident / problems / statistics deviation 

  • Perform basic device tests before commercial launch 

  • Document processes and troubleshooting actions for the rest of the team

Profile :

  • Hold a degree in telecommunication - Bachelor certificate required or similar professional experience

  • Previous telecommunications experience on TV, VoIP, Broadband, FTTH, Cloud-PBX, or mobile networks 

  • Follow-up skills – must be diligent to track open items and chase down responses on open issues.

  • Good communication skills, French and English is mandatory

  • Knowledge in OSIX / KALIX tools will be appreciated
