Job Content :
- Maintain and support our Internet / TV / Fixed voice services : act on alerts, incident and customer issues
- Troubleshoot and lead technical customer complaints investigations in order to restore service and guarantee Quality and Customer Experience targets
- Manage incident communication and proceed with needed troubleshooting actions
- Assist external teams in provisioning telecom services as needed
- Act on reported alarm in our environment (Fixed & Mobile network, Broadband and TV)
- Report incident / problems / statistics deviation
- Perform basic device tests before commercial launch
- Document processes and troubleshooting actions for the rest of the team
Profile :
- Hold a degree in telecommunication - Bachelor certificate required or similar professional experience
- Previous telecommunications experience on TV, VoIP, Broadband, FTTH, Cloud-PBX, or mobile networks
- Follow-up skills – must be diligent to track open items and chase down responses on open issues.
- Good communication skills, French and English is mandatory
- Knowledge in OSIX / KALIX tools will be appreciated
