Business Analyst M/F

We are looking for a Business analyst for our client

The objective of the mission is to ensure key processes of various complexities within the Finance Directorate are performed in a timely manner & propose continuous improvement wherever possible.

Missions :
- ensure the use of best business practices to create, share, archive documents with the aim to maintain the quality of documentation and the sound intellectual organisation of information.
- act as first point of contact in the Finance Directorate and monitor the working practices regarding documents, provide advice to users and support knowledge sharing exercises
- coordinate and supervise changes related to information/document management processes in line with GCS-GDO
- provide support in the hosting unit in their daily operations (system updates, reporting, smartsite maintenance etc.)

Qualifications & skills

- University degree in information management/technology or related fields
- Project management qualification (with proven track record) is an asset
& At least 3 years of relevant experience in information management roles or related fields like process management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English , a good command of French is an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and M365 applications (e.g. Teams) to facilitate workflow improvements
- Experience with OpenText or similar information management systems is an advantageE- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of document management principles (retention, archiving, concept of document vs record etc)
- Flexible and focused on problem solving
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
