We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Cash & Reconciliation to join a long-term strategic initiative focused on financial data, settlement, and reconciliation processes within a modern platform environment.
You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders, compliance, and engineering teams, working on complex topics such as cash settlement flows, reconciliation processes, and client money management. The role involves analysing and documenting end-to-end processes, defining business rules, and supporting the delivery of scalable solutions in a cloud-native environment.
You will contribute across multiple workstreams including cash settlement, reconciliation, regulatory reporting, and account structure design, within a context requiring strong data accuracy, consistency, and long-term system evolution. This role is part of a long-term engagement, with the goal of building sustainable expertise over time.
What we expect from you

- Experience with cash settlement lifecycles (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, etc.)
- Good understanding of client money frameworks and related regulations
- Ability to analyse and document end-to-end cash flows and reconciliation processes
- Experience with bank messaging standards (SWIFT MT / CAMT) and cash monitoring flows
- Strong understanding of reconciliation layers (bank, external, internal)
- Ability to define business rules, transaction scenarios, and exception handling workflows
- Experience translating requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and data mappings
- Experience supporting UAT and working in Agile environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and edge-case analysis
- Good proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reconciliation investigations
- Exposure to tools such as Grafana and environments using Golang is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud-native environments (no need to be a cloud expert)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to commit to a long-term engagement within a multi-year context
