Your mission
Within our HR department, your missions will be:
- To help on the design and implementation of our local compensation and benefits plans;
- To perform benchmark analysis;
- To contribute to the annual compensation review of our employees (guidelines preparation, HR system preparation and testing, business teams training and assistance, figures review) ;
- To perform financial simulations, budgets and forecasts;
- To advise talent & acquisitions teams on compensation matters;
- To contribute to various HR processes (systems, risk & compliance, communication etc..)
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor or master degree in accounting, economics, applied Sciences and/or Human Resources;
- You have strong analytical, excel and communication skills;
- You are able to work with figures and to understand the goals at stake,;
- You can work independently and in a team on multiple projects;
- You have outstanding written and spoken English and French;
